Dear Nicky Like so many I have watched you with admiration and affection. Your zest for life and the support you have shown others was a testament to the beautiful woman you were . Reading you had past totally winded me . You showed so much courage and strength whilst you were in so much pain . I don’t think we appreciated how much you were in pain .
